Late Registration
After 15 August (after 10 January - Winter Term) students must pay a late
registration administration fee. If not preregistered, contact the Faculty Office, Room
101, Ellis Hall.
After 21 September students must submit a written appeal for late registration to the
Operations Committee. If the appeal is granted, the late fee will apply.
After 31 October (after 31 January - Winter Term) no more registrations are
accepted

Adding and Dropping Courses
Beginning 7 September, students can add and drop courses on QCARD. The Chair of
Undergraduate Studies in the program must be advised when a course is added or dropped.
Verbal requests to course instructors and/or absence from class are not sufficient and
usually result in failure and loss of fee refund.
