Key Dates for Internship Registration

Registration forms for APSC 301 & APSC 304 are due. Forms should be submitted in person, by mail or fax, to the Integrated Learning Centre, Beamish-Munro Hall - Rm. #300.
APSC 301 & 304 will be added to your student record once you submit these forms. (You can add APSC 302 & 303 using QCARD.)
Note: You may not need APSC 301 or APSC 304 - depending on what month your internship begins!
Use your time ticket to access QCARD at a time specially chosen for you.
TIME TICKETS & PRE-REGISTRATION
Beginning early June, students can go to QCARD to get their assigned start-time (Time Ticket) to pre-register for 2009/10 courses. The pre-registration period ends July 2009. (Specfic date to be posted.)
During Pre-registration
- LOG onto QCARD
- ADD APSC 302 to your fall schedule
- ADD APSC 303 to your winter schedule
- DROP your core courses for 09/10 ...... These CORE courses load automatically into your schedule. Please DROP these courses.
August 2009 (Exact dates to be posted)
September 2009 (Exact dates to be posted)
- LAST DAY to add a fall term course. Log onto QCARD & ensure you're enrolled in your fall internship course - APSC 302. If you have any difficulties doing this, please contact the ILC office or the Registrar's Office.
- The balance of you tuition is due
January 2010 (Exact date to be posted)
This is the last day to add a winter term course. Log onto QCARD & ensure you're enrolled in your winter internship course - APSC 303. If you have any difficulties doing this, contact the ILC office or the Registrar's Office.
When your internship has been completed and you're returning to Queen's ..........
Log onto QCARD during preregistration & ensure you're loaded into your core courses for the following academic year. If you have any difficulties while attempting to do this, contact your department.
